Regional Group delivered expert screw piling solutions for the construction of a new shopping centre in Balcatta, Western Australia, for Trendsetter Construction. Over two months, we installed 500 screw piles, ranging from 280mm to 600mm in diameter and 4 to 25 meters in depth, to form a stable foundation for the project.
Facing challenges with uncontrolled fill on the site, we used the adaptability of screw piles to adjust depths according to specific locations and bearing capacities. This ensured a reliable foundation while minimising concrete use and eliminating the need for soil excavation and replacement.
